ordering ribbons & rosettes: what you need to know
IN ORDER TO AVOID CONFUSION, BECAUSE OF THE MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FOR THE RIBBONS, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CALL US TO PLACE YOUR RIBBON ORDER RATHER THAN PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE. THIS WILL ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT AND THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE IS CORRECT.
The published prices for our custom ribbons include printing on one streamer, up to eight (8) lines, and a maximum of 11 characters and spaces per line. Printing on both streamers of the 2-streamer rosettes is included in the price.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need your ribbon order in less than ten (10) business days, there will be an expedited service charge of $25.00, plus any additional shipping charges for overnight shipping, etc.
CHANGES
If there are less than ten (10) identical ribbons, $0.75 per change will be added to each ribbon (place, category, etc.)
SET-UP CHARGE
A set-up charge of $15.00 will be incurred for orders less than $40.
VERTICAL SET-UP
- Additional Lines Set-up - More than one line in vertical print per streamer - $4.50
- Horizontal & Vertical Set-up per streamer (i.e. center streamer has horizontal printing and side streamers each have different vertical printing OR there are both vertical and horizontal printing on one streamer - $7.50
PRINTING
- Each additional streamer printed - $0.30/streamer
- Additional text lines over eight (8) - $0.20/line
UNDERLAY
Choice of ribbon color under any streamer - $0.20/inch
BRIDLE HOOK
Used in place of cord on rosette ribbons - $0.40 each
